Information of company strategy expansion

The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus a.s. announces that, BGS Energy
Group is extending project portfolio in the area of renewable natural
resources. The Group would like to use their experiences from biogas station
energy production in the photovoltaic business. The biogas remains the main
interest of the Group, but they would like to participate in the
economically very similar system.
Accordingly the Management Board, decided to set up a company: BGS Solar
s.r.o., which prepares a project for the first photovoltaic station of the
group with capacity ca. 400 kW. The production of energy is planned for
summer 2010.
The Management Board is looking for more investment opportunities in this
area.
