The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, acting under Paragraph 97a of Exhibit No. 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, hereby announces  that due to the information contained in the ESPI current report No. 7/2025 of 27 March 2025 submitted by Emplocity S.A., WSE waives the actions specified in Section 1 of Chapter 10 of Exhibit No. 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules with respect to the pre-emptive rights of EMPLOCITY S.A. (EMPLOCITY).
