The Council of Authorised Advisers

The Council of Authorised Advisers established on 14 May 2015 in the implementation of the NewConnect_2.0 project is the advisory board for the development of the alternative trading system which issues opinions and provides advice to the Exchange Management Board concerning the operation and development of the alternative trading system.

According to Resolution No. 459/2015 of the Exchange Management Board, the responsibilities of the Council of Authorised Advisers include the drafting of proposals for the development of the ATS, the development of guidelines for the operation of Authorised Advisers, the implementation of initiatives improving the quality of work of Authorised Advisers, and issuing opinions on amendments to laws and regulations governing the organisation of the ATS.

The Council of Authorised Advisers may have between 8 and 15 members.
