The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs, that according to the provisions of the Resolution of the WSE Management Board No. 863/2025 of 23 June 2025, with regard to the conclusion of an agreement with an Authorised Adviser by HYENERGY S.A. within the scope specified in § 18 section 2 points 3) and 4) of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as well as fulfillment of the remaining conditions for the resumption of trading in the shares of the aforementioned company, referred to in the Resolution of the WSE Management Board No. 863/2025, as of 30 June 2025 trading in shares of the company HYENERGY S.A., coded „PLINNGN00015” will resume.
