The Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. hereby announces that, pursuant to Resolution No. 685/2025 of the Exchange Management Board of 3 June 2025, and following the publication of the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2024, trading in the shares of LUKARDI S.A. (ISIN: PLSAP0000018) will be resumed with effect from 3 October 2025.
