of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs, that according to the provisions of the Resolution of the WSE Management Board No. 685/2025 of 3 June 2025, with regard to the publication of the annual consolidated report for 2024, as of 4 November 2025, trading in shares of the company SUNWAY NETWORK S.A., coded “PLPRSGD00011” will resume.
