The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, acting pursuant to § 97a of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, hereby announces that after processing the application of the company The Farm 51 Group S.A. and with reference to the information contained in the company’s current report No. 3/2026 of 20 January 2026 (ESPI), has decided to refrain from carrying out the actions specified in Section 1, Chapter 10 of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules with respect to the pre-emptive right of the company The Farm 51 Group S.A. (FARM51).
