The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs, that due to the fulfilment by MYCODERN S.A. of the conditions referred to in the following resolutions:

Resolution No. 688/2024 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 June 2024,
Resolution No. 685/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 June 2025,

- as of 24 April 2026 trading in shares of the company MYCODERN S.A., coded ” PLMDNPL00013” will resume.
