The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs that, due to the fulfilment by COMECO S.A. of the conditions referred to in the following resolutions:

Resolution No. 688/2024 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 June 2024,
Resolution No. 685/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 June 2025,
Resolution No. 664/2026 of the WSE Management Board dated 7 May 2026,

– as of 5 June 2026, trading in shares of the company, coded “PLCOMEC00016”, will resume.
