The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs that, due to the fulfilment by POLARIS IT GROUP S.A. of the conditions referred to in the following resolutions:

Resolution No. 1454/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 17 November 2025,
Resolution No. 1068/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 18 August 2025,
Resolution No. 685/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 June 2025,
Resolution No. 624/2025 of the WSE Management Board dated 16 May 2025,

– as of 27 May 2026, trading in shares of POLARIS IT GROUP S.A., coded “PLANMD000014”, will resume.
