SONKA S.A. was established on 31 August 2017. The Company was entered into the business register on 6 November 2017.

SONKA S.A. operates a video game business and specialises in game porting (i.e., transferring games across platforms) and in the development of proprietary games.

The share capital of the Company is PLN 360,800 divided into 3,608,000 shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 per share, including:

• 3,000,000 series A ordinary bearer shares,
•    158,000 series B ordinary bearer shares,
•    450,000 series C ordinary bearer shares.
