History/Core business
The Company was established in December 2015. The founders of Ovid Works sp. z o. o. were Jacek Chojecki and Jacek Dębowski. Ovid Works sp. z o. o. was entered into the KRS court register on 18 January 2016. On 6 May 2019, the Company’s General Meeting of Partners passed a resolution approving the transformation of Ovid Works sp. z o. o. into a joint-stock company. The transformation was entered into the KRS court register on 3 July 2019.
The Issuer’s core business is the production of games for PCs, consoles and VR devices.
The Company’s share capital entered into the KRS court register is PLN 928,000 divided into 9,280,000 series A ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 per share.
Sale of series A shares
The shareholder Varsav Games Studios S.A. sold 1,282,260 series A shares for a total of PLN 2,406,008.80 from 13 November 2019 to 2 June 2020.
