The Company’s share capital according to the entry in the Companies Register is PLN 123,100 divided into 1,231,000 series A to E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 per share.
Offering of 81,000 series C shares
The subscription opened and closed on 19 July 2019. Series C shares were taken up at an issue price of PLN 5.00. The total value of the offering of series C shares: PLN 405,000.
Offering of 50,000 series D shares
The subscription opened on 13 March 2020 and closed on 24 April 2020. Series D shares were taken up at an issue price of PLN 20. The total value of the offering of series D shares: PLN 1,000,000.
Offering of 100,000 series E shares
The subscription opened on 24 April 2020 and closed on 14 May 2020. Series E shares were taken up at an issue price of PLN 20. The total value of the offering of series E shares: PLN 2,000,000.
