Issuer’s history and business

The company was registered in the National Court Register on 28 May 2019 (transformation of the entity operating since 2011 under the name Constance Care sp. z o.o.).

Constance Care Rehabilitation Centre is a professional neurological, orthopaedic and neuropsychological rehabilitation clinic located about 20 km from the centre of Warsaw. Its activities are focused on improving the quality of health and life of people who suffer from musculoskeletal disorders as a result of various random events, illnesses and aging-related conditions, as well as rehabilitation of cognitive functions in children and adults. The Constance Care Rehabilitation Centre proves that one can significantly improve one’s fitness even after craniocerebral trauma, spinal cord injury or stroke. This is supported by modern technologies (HAL®, G-EO System, HandTutor, LiteGait, Pelvictrainer, Luna sEMG) and most of all experienced physiotherapists, doctors, massage therapists, speech therapists, neuropsychologists and nutritionists (dieticians).

Post-traumatic rehabilitation is available both on an outpatient basis and in the form of residential rehabilitation. The most important specialisations of the clinic include rehabilitation after spinal cord injuries which involves a range of neuromuscular system disorders depending on the level of damage. These almost always include a significant deterioration in the quality of gait associated with impaired sensation and muscle strength in the lower limbs. Apart from spinal cord injuries, many patients have suffered brain injuries resulting from accidents or strokes. Thanks to the cooperation between the rehabilitator and the patient and the use of the latest technologies, including HAL®, it is possible to restore their mobility.
