Issuer’s history and business
The history of Bridge Solutions Hub S.A. began in 2010, when the media house Bridge Media sp. z o.o. was established. For over 10 years, the company has carried out hundreds of media campaigns on various platforms for a wide range of clients, including CH Riviera, CH Serenada, CH Karolinka, CH Morena, IKEA, Robyg, Carrefour, Ronson, among others.
The company’s core business covers media and marketing activities including:
- Outdoor - purchase, rental of advertising space, as well as all work related to handling marketing campaigns on such media,
- Media - services related to the comprehensive implementation of media/advertising campaigns in the following channels: television, radio, press, internet (digital, GoogleAds, apps, FacebookAds), mobile, management of social media accounts and a comprehensive online performance marketing service for external clients;
According to the Company’s information document, the Issuer’s shareholders recognised changes in the high technology market and in the digital/e-commerce area and decided to create the Wpadaj.pl application and to increase the focus on online marketing services and investments in new technological solutions that fit the e-commerce megatrend.
In future periods, the Management Board intends to work intensively on revenue from the Wpadaj.pl application and software house services to diversify the Company’s revenue sources.
In the case of Wpadaj.pl, the activities are primarily aimed at: increasing the reach of the application (online SEM/SEO/social media advertising, further development of the Call Centre/Customer Service department, promotions and new functionalities to add value for users, search for industry partners, development of the application to cover new industries).
In the case of the development of software house services, activities are to consist primarily in the provision of software house services with a specialisation in the development of dedicated software for the needs of modern business. The IT offering includes the following areas: IT development, refinement, project management, IT architecture, testing (manual and automated), quality assurance, UX/ UI design, web traffic analytics and business analytics.
