Issuer’s history and business

The company was founded by PlayWay S.A., Mr Krzysztof Pławski and three individuals on 29 August 2019, originally under the name GameHunters sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.

On 30 October 2020, a resolution was passed to transform GameHunters sp. z o.o. into GameHunters S.A.

GameHunters S.A. operates in the video games industry, specialising in the production and distribution of games for desktop computers. The Company’s business relies on the production and distribution of low-budget and high-margin games through distributed small development teams. The Company’s products are sold worldwide through a digital distribution model, mainly through the dedicated distribution platform Steam, which is the largest distributor of PC games in the world.

The Issuer has released one game in the PC version entitled “Gunsmith Simulator”. The release of the game on Steam took place on 19 July 2023.

From 2023 onwards, the Company’s goal is to release at least one game per year for sale.

In addition, GameHunters S.A. aims to:

gain a significant position in the video games segment,
diversify the games portfolio,
further grow the development teams.

The strategy will be implemented by the Issuer between 2024 and 2026. In order to implement the strategy, the Company will use funds generated from its operating activities, i.e. earnings from the sale of previously released games.
