Issuer’s history and business
Madnetic Games S.A. was established on 1 September 2020. The founders of the Company were PlayWay SA, Mr Adrian Jabłonka, and Mr Jakub Czech.
The Issuer has produced and released three video games for PCs and one game for the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X consoles.
The Company’s first game is “WW2 Rebuilder” released on 16 January 2023.
The game was released for the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X on 10 May 2024.
The game “My Museum: Treasure Hunter” was released on 25 June 2024.
The PC version of the game “Corsair’s Madness” was released on 17 July 2024.
The company plans to release six PC games between 2024 and 2027. The company holds copyrights in four of these games while two games will be developed by PlayWay S.A.
The Company’s production strategy is based on efficient use of resources, balancing cost and quality, and constantly adapting to market needs. The partnership with PlayWay S.A. has a key role in the business model. As a result, the Company has access to advanced resources and capabilities.
