Issuer’s history and business
The company was established on 28 November 2019.
Milestones in the Issuer's history:
- December 2019 – launch of production of plastic caps
- April 2020 – launch of production of small-volume PET bottles
- May 2021 – launch of production of bottle holders
- March 2024 – Japanese high-performance injection moulding machine was purchased and commissioned
- March 2024 – a circular refrigeration system was installed for all machines
The Issuer's core products include plastic caps, dispensers, handles for large-capacity bottles, preforms (intermediate product from which bottles are made), packaging (small and large-capacity bottles), as well as canisters.
The buyers of the Issuer's products include not only small businesses but also medium-sized companies operating in various industries, e.g. food, chemicals, cosmetics.
