New listing of KOLEJKOWO S.A. on NewConnect
Kolejkowo, a company known for its modern miniature parks in Wrocław and Gliwice, has joined NewConnect as the 360th company listed on this market. The new listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange crowns more than 18 months of preparations. The capital raised will enable ambitious plans, including the opening of a new exhibition in Warsaw and the construction of an outdoor railway park.

It was a successful new listing: Kolejkowo shares went up by 18% at the opening and were gaining up to 30% at the peak. It was only the second new listing on NewConnect in 2025. Kolejkowo floated 190,000 series B and C shares, representing 15.83% of the share capital. The proceeds from earlier private placements were used to develop the business, including the opening of a new miniature park location in Warsaw scheduled in April 2025.
“The new listing of Kolejkowo proves that there is room on NewConnect for companies with an original business model which combine passion, creativity and craftsmanship with a professional approach to development. Today we welcome to the Warsaw Stock Exchange a company that knows its customers, knows how to build loyalty, and now gains a tool for further development and the trust of investors. We hope that their success will be 1:1,” said Sławomir Panasiuk, Vice President of the GPW Management Board during the listing ceremony.
The company was diligently preparing for its entry into the public market, both formally and operationally.
“We made a promise to investors. Today we have delivered on it. Over the past 18 months, in cooperation with our authorised advisor Blue Oak Advisory, we were preparing for presence on the public market, we met all the requirements, and we are ready for transparent communication with investors. We are satisfied with the new listing and convinced that entering NewConnect will accelerate our development and strengthen the position of the brand,” said Jakub Paczyński, CEO of Kolejkowo S.A.
Kolejkowo operates permanent exhibitions in Wrocław and Gliwice and its own model workshop in Jelenia Góra. The company had more than 340,000 visitors in 2024. Kolejkowo plans to open an exhibition in Warsaw and an outdoor railway park with catering infrastructure. The company regularly shares profits with shareholders and promises to maintain its dividend policy in the coming years.
