CStore’s Strong IPO on NewConnect
CStore has been newly listed on NewConnect on 5 November. The share price rose by over 60% at the opening, making its IPO one of the strongest this year. CStore is the seventh company to be newly listed on NewConnect in 2025 and the 356th listing in the history of NewConnect. Blue Oak Advisory is the company’s authorised advisor.
CStore, a Polish technology company based in Gdynia, is active in the IT industry. It specialises in developing proprietary software for the B2B sector, which enables wholesale customers to place orders online automatically.
CStore’s new listing on NewConnect crowns several years of raising capital through public share offerings, including on the Beesfund crowdfunding platform. The company opted for open, community-based financing, engaging several hundred retail investors.
The issue of series G shares took place in 2024 as part of the authorised capital, in a public offering up to EUR 1 million. The shares were taken up in June 2024 by investors at a price of PLN 2 per share.
“We promised our investors to go public on the stock exchange, and we have done it today. Getting the consent of investors and completing a crowdfunding share issue was a major challenge. We are delighted that the process has been successful and that we have been floated on NewConnect,” said Dawid Paszek, President of the Management Board of CStore.
The new listing on NewConnect is an important step in the growth of the company, which is steadily strengthening its position in the technology industry. The capital raised will be allocated to marketing activities, the development of a new version of the CStore B2B platform, and the expansion of the sales department.
“A provider of solutions that automate wholesale purchases, combining logistics, warehousing and trade with the digital world, increasing the efficiency of traditional processes, has been newly listed on the NewConnect market. We appreciate that innovative technology companies such as CStore are joining NewConnect,” said Marcin Rulnicki, Member of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
NewConnect remains an important platform for innovative and growing companies and offers flexible opportunities to raise capital and increase visibility among investors. The new listing of CStore, which specialises in IT solutions for B2B commerce, is part of this trend, corroborating the growing interest of investors in companies from the modern digital services and software sector. CStore is the 22nd software company listed on NewConnect.
