Pursuant to Article 70 section 1 of the Act on Public Offering and the Conditions
Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public
Companies, Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. _the “Company"_ informs, that
on April 18, 2016, the Company received from their shareholders the notifications
about change in the number of their voting rights on the Company’s General Meeting
of Shareholders. The Company attaches the content of the received notifications.
