(“Company”) informs that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company shall be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in in Livingston, New Jersey, United States of America at the corporate office of Milestone Scientific Inc., located at. 220 South Orange Avenue, Suite 102 at 11:00 am. The record date for the notice of the meeting and the record date for voting, as well as the date of the determination of beneficial ownership shall be April 4, 2018.
