The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc, “the "Company", hereby informs that
the entities named below were shareholders representing at least 5% of the number
of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in in Livingston, New
Jersey, USA on May 30, 2018 “the Meeting":
- Milestone Scientific Inc.- the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific
the right of 21,689,078 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 100% of the votes
of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 98.33% of the total number of
votes.
