the CompuFlo® Epidural System.
RedOne Medical is a CVE-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business _SDVOSB_

The Board of Directors of the Issuer believes that partnering with RedOne Medical
will provide the access to all federal medical facilities worldwide and is one of
many strategic initiatives in order to support the global rollout strategy of the
CompuFlo® Epidural System. The Board of Directors of the Company is excited to partner
with RedOne Medical to improve healthcare outcomes for America's warfighter and veteran
patients. The Board of Directors of the Issuer is honored to support VA and DoD hospitals
with its clinically proven CompuFlo® Epidural System, which is 99% effective in identifying
the epidural space on the first attempt, 14% more successful in patients with high
body mass index, and reduces procedure time by one minute.
The recent results of international multicenter study, that were announced at the
ANESTHESIOLOGY® 2019 Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida compared the accidental dural
puncture rate and its complications while using the CompuFlo® Epidural System versus
traditional loss of resistance _LOR_ technique in patients under labor epidural analgesia.
The study collected records between 2015 and 2019 of epidural administration on labor
and delivery patients using the CompuFlo® Epidural System from four institutions,
one in the U.S., one in Chile, and two from Italy. Among the four sites, there were
812 patients who received epidural analgesia with CompuFlo® and none had accidental
dural puncture regardless of the composition of the epidural performer types. In comparison,
the rate of accidental dural puncture was 5% in the LOR group in the non inferiority
trial.
