The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in
Katowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the current report ESPI No.
71/2020 of December 2, 2020 regarding the conclusion by the Issuer's
subsidiary NETSU S.A. [NETSU, Subsidiary] has submitted and paid in
accordance with the agreement, a second order for delivery of monoblock
and split heat pumps of various capacities with a total order value of
1.868.960,36 PLN.In the opinion of the Management Board of the
Issuer, the information about placing second order is confidential
information due to the fact that placing the order by NETSU is related
to the implementation of the Issuer's strategy, in particular in the
field of technologies and renewable energy sources.
