Hemp & Health signs exclusive distribution agreement with Premier
Medical Corporation
Hemp & Health _WSE:HMP_, a Polish company listed on NewConnect in
Warsaw, today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution
agreement for Poland, the European Union and the CIS countries with
Premier Medical Corporation for their COVID-19 tests registered on the
EUL WHO list and other products. This means that all sales and all
inquiries from the above countries will be redirected to Hemp & Health.
Premier Medical is a company based in India, being one of the worldwide
leaders in developing cost effective Point-of-Care rapid tests. These
rapid diagnostic tests are both qualitative and semi-quantitative and
include testing for infectious diseases, fertility, cancer screening,
cardiac markers, thyroid range tests and drugs of abuse through analysis
of blood and other body fluids. These tests are marketed under the brand
names First Response, AccuSign® and AQCheck®.
Premier Medical is also the producer of 'Sure Status COVID-19 Antigen
Card Test' that detects SARS-CoV-2. The test is listed on the WHO
Emergency Use for In vitro Diagnostics _IVD_ list.
Hemp&Health plans to focus on offering this test throughout the European
Union, USA and NATO Units having NCAGE number, as well as to build a
partner network in all the countries mentioned in the agreement.
According to the distribution agreement, Hemp & Health will handle the
registration of the tests in Poland and other countries, and will start
their distribution after a positive registration process.
This Agreement is signed for 1 year, and can be renewed for another 1
year, if agreed upon by both parties.
