the entities named below were shareholders representing at least 5% of the number
of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in New Jersey, USA, on
September 23, 2022 "the Meeting"
- Milestone Scientific Inc.- the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific
the right of 21,633,084 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 100% of the votes
of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 98.33% of the total number of
votes.
