Signing of the contract for
the creation of the game port
Management
Board of Carbon Studio S.A. based in Chorzów, hereby informs that on March
17, 2023, it concluded a significant agreement _Agreement_ with a member
of the Kepler Interactive group.Pursuant
to the concluded Agreement, Carbon Studio will create a VR title for one
of the group's studios _the Game_. The cost of transferring the Game to
the VR platforms will be covered by the company from the Kepler
Interactive group, and after the release, the Issuer will participate in
the division of profits from the game _revenue share_._#160; The release date
of the Game on the respective platforms will be announced in a separate
ESPI announcement at the time of its disclosure by the publisher.The
Company recognized this information due to the value of the order and the
potential income from the share in revenues, as well as due to the
commencement of cooperation with the Kepler Interactive group, which is
important in terms of the Issuer's development prospects.Legal
