The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw _the 'Issuer', 'Company'_ announces that on 5 November 2025, a technological, advisory and scientific research cooperation and confidentiality agreement was concluded with the National University 'Lviv Polytechnic' based in Lviv, Ukraine _"Partner"_ _'Agreement'_. On behalf of the Partner, the Agreement was signed by Prof. Natalia Shakhouska, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic National University. The subject of the Agreement is cooperation in the field of technological and expert consulting, exchange of analyses and experiences in the areas of unmanned systems, electronics, automation, aerodynamics and materials science, as well as joint development or testing of design solutions and prototypes. The cooperation will also include scientific consultations and the Partner's participation in research and development processes related to the Issuer's projects, including Iryda Plus _a drone interception and neutralisation system_ and Mallard _an unmanned cargo transport platform_. The Company's intention is to develop variants and configurations of these systems tailored to the specific operational needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account applicable technical standards and current battlefield realities. As part of the cooperation agreement, it was agreed that the operational party acting on behalf of the Issuer will be a delegated member of the Consortium - Squadron Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, while on the Partner's side, Prof. Olesia Maksymowych, Head of the Department of Electronics, Nanoscience and Computer Engineering _ENIKT_. The parties will commence cooperation immediately after technical consultations on the preparation of the scope of the first tests and functional models. The signed agreement is a significant step towards the Issuer's presence on the Ukrainian market, in particular in the area of infrastructure, logistics and industrial solutions using unmanned technologies. As one of Ukraine's leading technical universities, the Partner plays an advisory and opinion-giving role, which creates an opportunity for joint research, adaptation and design of solutions dedicated to the Ukrainian market, including solutions adapted to local operating conditions, infrastructure restructuring and technical resource reconstruction. The Company's Management Board anticipates that Partner's recommendations and technological assessments may form the basis for subsequent commercial implementations and the expansion of cooperation with business and institutional entities in Ukraine. As part of the cooperation, the Parties envisage the possibility of jointly preparing implementation and commercial projects, including the development of concepts for the application of selected technologies in the infrastructure and industrial environment in Ukraine. The implementation of these activities will be the subject of separate annexes and detailed agreements, to be agreed upon at subsequent stages of cooperation, depending on the progress of research and development work and the results of prototype testing. The Management Board indicates that the conclusion of the agreement with the National University 'Lviv Polytechnic' is an important step in strengthening the credibility of the Company's projects in the field of unmanned technologies and developing relations with leading engineering centres in Central and Eastern Europe. In the Issuer's opinion, cooperation with a scientific entity with an established position in the region may contribute to increasing potential sales markets in future implementation stages. The Issuer considers this information to be confidential within the meaning of Article 17_1_ of MAR due to its impact on the scope of R_D work, potential expansion of markets, future implementations and the possibility of generating revenue in subsequent periods. The Company will report on key stages of cooperation in separate reports.
