_the "Issuer"_, hereby announces that today, i.e. on 5 December 2025, it
received from the shareholder TTP Limited, with its registered office in
Gibraltar, a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69_1_ of the Act
on Public Offering, concerning a decrease _due to the registration of
the share capital increase referred to in GPW Data report No. 2/2025_ in
the number of votes attached to the shareholder's significant block of
14,684,633 shares of the Issuer specifically, from 91.76% of the total
number of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting to 38.21% of the total
number of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting. The Issuer encloses the
detailed content of the notification received, together with the
