Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie _"Spółka"_, w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI nr 26/2025 z dn. 24 października 2025 r., w którym informował o podpisaniu umowy o świadczenie usług wydawniczych dotyczących gry Nightmare Frontier, informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał od Slitherine Software UK Ltd. potwierdzenie ostatecznego harmonogramu wydawniczego gry Nightmare Frontier.

Zgodnie z potwierdzonym dziś harmonogramem, produkcja pełnej wersji gry powinna zostać zakończona do końca drugiego kwartału 2026 r., a jej premiera odbędzie się na przełomie II i III kwartału lub w III kwartale 2026 r. Ponadto, z uwagi na formułę Early Access wydania tej gry, do czasu ukończenia jej pełnej wersji, społeczności graczy zostaną udostępnione jeszcze trzy jej rozwojowe aktualizacje _początek I kwartału 2026 r., koniec I kwartału 2026 r. i początek II kwartału 2026 r._.

Zarząd Spółki przypomina, że gra Nightmare Frontier została wydana w formule Early Access na platformie Steam, a jej premiera miała miejsce 16 czerwca 2025 r. _zob. ESPI nr 11/2025 z dn. 5 czerwca 2025 r._. Współpraca z Slitherine Software UK Ltd. jako wydawcą, posiadającym bardzo bogate i długoletnie doświadczenie w wydawaniu gier strategicznych, pozwoli Spółce na dokończenie produkcji i marketingu tej gry.

Zarząd przypomina, że Spółka w oparciu o zawartą umowę, odpowiedzialna jest za dalszą produkcję i wsparcie Nightmare Frontier, a Slitherine Software UK Ltd. pokrywa koszty dokończenia produkcji tej gry i jej marketingu, a także jest odpowiedzialny za marketing i dystrybucję tej gry na rynkach globalnych.

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its
registered office in Warsaw _the "Company"_, with reference to ESPI
report No. 26/2025 dated 24 October 2025, in which it informed about the
execution of a publishing services agreement concerning the Nightmare
Frontier game, hereby announces that today it received from Slitherine
Software UK Ltd. confirmation of the final publishing schedule for the
Nightmare Frontier game.According to
the schedule confirmed today, production of the full version of the game
should be completed by the end of Q2 2026, and its release will take
place at the turn of Q2 and Q3 or in Q3 2026. Moreover, due to the game
being released in an Early Access formula, until completion of its full
version, the player community will be provided with three further
development updates _early Q1 2026, late Q1 2026, and early Q2 2026_.The
Management Board of the Company reminds that the Nightmare Frontier game
was released in Early Access on the Steam platform and its premiere took
place in 16 June 2025 _see ESPI report No. 11/2025 dated 5 June 2025_.
Cooperation with Slitherine Software UK Ltd. as the publisher, which has
extensive and long-standing experience in publishing strategy games,
will allow the Company to complete the production and marketing of the
game. The Management Board of the
Company further reminds that, under the concluded agreement, the Company
is responsible for further development and support of Nightmare
Frontier, while Slitherine Software UK Ltd. covers the costs of
completing the production of the game and its marketing, and is also
responsible for the marketing and distribution of the game in global
markets.
