Information on the holding of Bitcoin _BTC_ and the aggregate
acquisition valueWith reference to information concerning the use of
cash proceeds obtained from the issuance of Series F shares _in the
total amount of PLN 26 919 838,80_, the Management Board of BTCS S.A.
informs that a portion of the funds has been allocated to the
acquisition and building of a position in digital assets, in particular
Bitcoin _BTC_, in accordance with the Issuer's adopted investment
strategy.In connection with the above, the Issuer hereby provides
information on the current holding of Bitcoin _BTC_ and the
corresponding values as at the acquisition dates.
The Management Board of BTCS S.A. _the "Issuer"_ informs that, as at the
date of publication of this report, the total holding of Bitcoin _BTC_
and the corresponding acquisition-date values are as follows:
* 115,0000 BTC - USD 12 937 500_value as at the acquisition date, i.e.
29 September 2025, BTC received in connection with making assets
available_
* 20,0000 BTC - USD 2 344 000_acquisition value, i.e. 26 September
2025, purchased BTC_
* 1,5347 BTC - USD 137 356_value as at the acquisition date, i.e. 15
December 2025, BTC obtained as a bonus_
* 0,1495 BTC - USD 13 382_value as at the acquisition date, i.e. 15
December 2025, earned rewards_
Total: 136,6842 BTC with an aggregate value of USD 15 432 238
The above information presents values as at the acquisition dates in USD
and does not constitute a fair value measurement nor accounting
recognition in the statutory financial statements. In the Issuer's
financial statements, these items will be presented in accordance with
the applicable accounting standards and in the functional/reporting
currency _PLN_. The impact on the Issuer's financial results will
depend, inter alia, on exchange rates and current market prices of BTC.
The Issuer considers this information to be precise and potentially
price-sensitive due to the scale of the position in relation to equity
and the current market interest in the digital assets category. The
Issuer will inform about any material changes in the holding through
separate current reports.
