Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie _"Spółka"_ informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał od Slitherine Software UK Ltd., wydawcy gry Nightmare Frontiers, akceptację realizacji pierwszego etapu prac _pierwszego milestone'a_ nad tą grą. Etap ten został zrealizowany przez Spółkę zgodnie z przyjętym przez strony harmonogramem realizacji prac. W konsekwencji akceptacji tego etapu prac, aktualizacja gry zawierająca elementy dodane w ramach tego etapu, zostanie opublikowana dla graczy na przełomie stycznia i lutego br., co powinno wzmocnić atrakcyjność gry, a w konsekwencji zwiększyć zainteresowanie tą grą wśród graczy.

Zarząd Spółki przypomina, że gra Nightmare Frontier została wydana w formule Early Access na platformie Steam, a jej premiera miała miejsce 16 czerwca 2025 r. _zob. ESPI nr 11/2025 z dn. 5 czerwca 2025 r._. Współpraca z Slitherine Software UK Ltd. jako wydawcą, posiadającym bardzo bogate i długoletnie doświadczenie w wydawaniu gier strategicznych, pozwoli Spółce na dokończenie produkcji i marketingu tej gry. W oparciu o zawartą umowę wydawniczą, Spółka odpowiedzialna jest za dalszą produkcję i wsparcie Nightmare Frontier, a Slitherine Software UK Ltd. pokrywa koszty dokończenia produkcji tej gry i jej marketingu, a także jest odpowiedzialny za marketing i dystrybucję tej gry na rynkach globalnych.

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office
in Warsaw _the "Company"_, hereby announces that today it received from
Slitherine Software UK Ltd., the publisher of the Nightmare Frontiers
game, approval for the completion of the first stage of works _the first
milestone_ on this game. This stage was completed by the Company in
accordance with the work schedule adopted by the parties. As a result of
the approval of this stage of works, an update of the game containing
elements added as part of this stage will be released to players at the
turn of January and February 2026, which should enhance the
attractiveness of the game and, consequently, increase player interest
in the game.


The Management Board of the Company reminds that the Nightmare Frontiers
game was released in Early Access on the Steam platform, and its
premiere took place on 16 June 2025. Cooperation with Slitherine
Software UK Ltd. as the publisher, which has extensive and long-standing
experience in publishing strategy games, will allow the Company to
complete the production and marketing of the game. Under the concluded
publishing agreement, the Company is responsible for further development
and support of Nightmare Frontiers, while Slitherine Software UK Ltd.
covers the costs of completing the production of the game and its
marketing, and is also responsible for the marketing and distribution of
the game in global markets.
