The Management Board of B-Act S.A., based in Bydgoszcz _"Issuer"_,
hereby announces that the consortium, consisting of the Issuer as the
consortium leader and Transprojekt Gdański Sp. z o.o., based in Gdańsk,
as the consortium partner, was notified on February 4, 2026, of the
conclusion of an agreement with the State Treasury - the 17th Regional
Airport Branch, based in Gdańsk.
The subject of this agreement is to act as Contract Engineer for the
implementation of task 54113 entitled "Construction of Turkish-style
hangars with ICT and road infrastructure" at the Mirosławiec airport, in
particular to provide investor supervision in the following sectors:
construction, sanitary, electrical, road, and telecommunications, as
well as to conduct the final acceptance procedure and obtain an
occupancy permit for the constructed facilities, and to settle the
material and financial aspects of the investment.The agreement
is concluded for a fixed term - the period of construction works,
acceptance, and handover. Completion is scheduled for June 10, 2027.
The consortium will receive a lump sum remuneration of PLN 1,209,582.00
gross for the performance of the agreement. The entire remuneration will
be paid to the Issuer as the consortium leader, and this amount will
then be used to cover the costs of completing the agreement incurred by
individual consortium members. The profit from the agreement _after
covering the costs of its implementation_ will be distributed equally
_i.e., 50%_ to each consortium member.
The Issuer's Management Board has deemed this agreement significant due
to its value and the potential for a significant impact on the Issuer's
future financial and asset position.
