Receipt of 30,000,000 ZIG Tokens under a Lending Arrangement and Launch of a ZigChain Validator The Management Board of BTCS S.A. _the "Issuer"_, with reference to current report No. 9/2026 regarding the execution of an annex to the agreement with ZIGChain Foundation concerning the increase of the volume to 30,000,000 ZIG tokens and the clarification of the economic terms of cooperation, hereby announces that: 1. The Issuer has received 30,000,000 ZIG tokens with a value, as of today, of USD 1,153,000, under a token lending formula, in accordance with the terms specified in Annex No. 1 to the agreement dated 13 February 2026. 2. As of today, the Issuer has launched a validator node on the ZigChain network, thereby commencing the process of transaction validation within a blockchain infrastructure focused on the real-world asset tokenization _RWA - Real World Assets_ market. Pursuant to the annex, the ZIG tokens have been transferred under a lending arrangement, which means that title to the tokens remains with ZIGChain Foundation, while the Issuer uses them solely for staking and validation purposes within the ZigChain network. The Issuer has no right to freely dispose of or transfer the tokens; upon termination of the cooperation, the tokens shall be returned in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The launch of the validator constitutes an implementation of the Issuer's strategy focused on building active blockchain infrastructure and generating revenue from validation activities. ZigChain is focused on the rapidly developing real-world asset _RWA_ tokenization market, including, inter alia, the tokenization of financial instruments, tangible assets, and investment structures. In the opinion of the Management Board, the commencement of validation activities on the ZigChain network: * expands the Issuer's operations into an additional blockchain ecosystem, * strengthens the Issuer's position as an active Digital Asset Treasury Company _DATCO_, * enables diversification of revenue streams through participation in consensus and staking mechanisms, * positions the Issuer within the infrastructure segment of the RWA market, which is one of the fastest-growing areas of the digital asset industry. The Management Board considers this information to be price-sensitive due to the scale of the Issuer's involvement in the ZigChain project and the strategic importance of commencing validation activities for the further development of its active digital asset management model.
