The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw _the 'Issuer', the 'Company'_ hereby announces that, with reference to Current Report No. 5/2026 of 16 February 2026 concerning the expansion of the Issuer's operations to include the international trade in fuels and petroleum products, Gas Fusion Trading Refined Oil Products Abroad Co. L.L.C, based in Dubai _'GasFusion'_, which is a transaction operator under a strategic agreement concluded with the Company, provided information on 27 February 2026, together with source documents, on the fact that it had received a formal ICPO _Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order_ for the purchase of Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel 10 ppm _EN590_ fuel. The order was placed by a Croatian company based in Zagreb and concerns FOB fuel deliveries from the port of Bar _Montenegro_. The declared volume of the first delivery is 50,000 MT, with a simultaneous declaration of the possibility of further monthly deliveries of significant volume. In accordance with the framework agreement between the Issuer and GasFusion, GasFusion acts as the exclusive formal and legal operator of transactions in the field of licensed fuel trading, while MBF Group S.A. acts as the project leader responsible for initiating commercial relations, structuring the project, coordinating business arrangements and supervising the economic settlement of the project. The Issuer emphasises that the ICPO received is a formal declaration of intent to purchase and remains at the stage of commercial, financial and regulatory verification, in particular with regard to the confirmation of payment security instruments. If the contract is successfully concluded and the first fuel delivery is made, the Issuer's potential financial gain from its organisational and coordination role may amount to approximately 2% of the transaction value. The final financial result will depend on the final commercial parameters and the actual volume delivered. The Issuer will announce the possible conclusion of the sales contract, delivery and exact financial result of the transaction in a separate current report after the event, provided that the conditions for confidential information within the meaning of MAR are met. The Issuer's Management Board has deemed the above event to be confidential information within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR Regulation and is disclosing it to the public in accordance with Article 17_1_ of the MAR.
