The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its
registered office in Warsaw _the "Issuer" or the "Company"_, hereby
informs that on 12 March 2026 it adopted an updated strategy of the
Company. The content of the new strategy is attached to this report.
The Management Board of the Issuer indicates that
upon the adoption of the new strategy, the strategy described in Current
Report ESPI No. 18/2024 of 22 October 2024, which assumed the
development of a network of retail stores selling firearms and military
accessories, ceases to apply.
The Management Board further explains that the
adoption of the new strategy results from the Company joining the
capital group of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., one of the
largest private entities operating in the defense sector in Poland.
Integration with the Group's industrial structure and access to its
technological base, industrial relationships, and development projects
have enabled the Company to redefine its previous business model and
focus on the development of projects related to the defense industry.
