The Management Board of B-Act S.A., with its registered office in
Bydgoszcz ["Issuer"], hereby announces that Centralny Port Komunikacyjny
sp. z o.o. ["Employer"] has not consented to the Issuer being nominated
as a subcontractor of ZDI sp. z o.o. ["Contract Engineer"] under the
contract announced by the Issuer in Current Report No. 3/2026 of March
5, 2026.
Pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned contract, its
implementation was contingent upon the Issuer being nominated as a
subcontractor by the Contract Engineer and obtaining the Employer's
approval.
The Issuer and the Contract Engineer are working to agree on the terms
and conditions necessary to obtain the Employer's approval.
The Issuer will inform about any significant changes in this regard
through appropriate reports.
