Current report no. 1/2026
Date of preparation: 2026-03-20 Subject: Change of the release date and increase in the budget for "Honeycomb: The World Beyond" Legal basis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation - inside information
Contents:
The Management Board of Frozen Way S.A., with its registered office in Kraków _the "Issuer"_, hereby announces that the release date of the full version of the game "Honeycomb: The World Beyond" _the "Game"_ for personal computers _"PC"_ and PlayStation 5 _ Xbox Series consoles _"Consoles"_, previously disclosed by the Issuer in ESPI Report No. 13/2025 dated 28 October 2025, has been postponed from the first quarter of 2026 to June or July 2026.
The postponement of the Game's release date on PC and Consoles was driven primarily by the desire to avoid direct competition within the release window with "Subnautica 2", whose launch is scheduled for May 2026. The additional time resulting from the extended production period will also make it possible to further improve the Game and meet the high expectations of the publisher, Snail Games USA Inc., with its registered office in Culver City, United States _hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher"_, in terms of quality standards and gameplay. The exact new release date of the Game will be determined by the Publisher.
The extension of work on the Game will increase the budget for the Game's PC and Console versions from PLN 10 million to PLN 11 million.
The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above information due to the fact that it may have a significant impact on the financial and material situation of the Issuer and a potentially significant impact on the valuation of the Issuer's financial instruments traded in the alternative trading system.
