The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office
in Warsaw _the "Issuer"_, hereby informs that on 27 March 2026 the
Issuer obtained a license granted by the Minister of the Interior and
Administration to conduct business activities in the following areas:
1. Trading in explosive materials specified in items 1-4 of Part II
- Types of Explosives _MW_ of the Annex to the Regulation of the Council
of Ministers of 17 September 2019 on the classification of types of
explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products and technologies intended
for military or police use, for which a license is required _Journal of
Laws of 2019, item 1888_ - without the right to store;
2. Trading in types of weapons specified in items 1-12 of Part III
- Types of Weapons and Ammunition _BA_ of the Annex to the above
Regulation - without the right to store;
3. Trading in types of ammunition specified in items 13-30 of Part III
- Types of Weapons and Ammunition _BA_ of the Annex to the above
Regulation - without the right to store;
4. Trading in products intended for military or police use specified in
items WT II - WT XII and WT XIV of Part IV - Types of Products and
Technologies for Military or Police Use _WT_ of the Annex to the above
Regulation - without the right to store;
5. Trading in technology intended for military or police use specified
in item WT XIII of Part IV - Types of Products and Technologies for
Military or Police Use _WT_ of the Annex to the above Regulation
- without the right to store.
The license has been granted for a period of 50 years from the date of
its delivery.
The obtained license enables the Issuer to operate fully and in
compliance with applicable regulations in the area of trading in
ammunition, weapons, and advanced technologies for military and police
use. The granted authorization significantly strengthens the Issuer's
market position and provides a solid foundation for the effective
implementation of its development strategy, in particular by adapting
its offering to the growing demand of the defense sector, law
enforcement, and civilian customers.
