The Management Board of Zortrax S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw
_the "Company"_, hereby announces that on 20 April 2026 the Company, its
subsidiary Zortrax Stores sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in
Warsaw, and Spaceform sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Kraków
_KRS: 0001161290; "Spaceform"_ entered into a letter of intent _the
"LOI"_.
The LOI reflects the Parties' intention to cooperate in assessing
selected opportunities for potential collaboration with respect to
Spaceform's additive manufacturing technology and its potential
applications in defined industrial use cases.
The contemplated cooperation may include, in particular, the evaluation
of potential technological integration scenarios, the development of a
preliminary product roadmap, the assessment of the feasibility of pilot
implementations, as well as the identification and selection of
potential commercialization models.
The execution of the LOI constitutes another step by the ZORTRAX Capital
Group towards strengthening its engagement with the broadly defined
space sector.
