The Management Board of Zortrax S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw
_the "Company"_, hereby announces that on 21 April 2026 the Company, its
subsidiary Zortrax Stores sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in
Warsaw, and Fiberlab S.A., with its registered seat in Brzezie _KRS:
0000533098_, entered into a letter of intent _the "LOI"_.
The LOI reflects the Parties' intention to establish cooperation of an
analytical and development nature, aimed at identifying, assessing and
verifying selected opportunities for collaboration in the area of 3D
printing filaments and 3D printers, in particular with respect to
potential product development, technology optimization, as well as joint
business and market activities.
The execution of the LOI constitutes a further step by the ZORTRAX
Capital Group towards strengthening cooperation in the development and
production of new filaments and expanding the product offering available
within the ZORTRAX Capital Group.
