Further to ESPI Current Report No. 12/2025 dated December 3, 2025, the
Management Board of Binary Helix S.A. _"Issuer", "Company"_ announces
that, after several months of negotiations, on April 22, 2026, the
Issuer signed a Partnership Agreement _Commercial Cooperation_ with
ENFOR LLC, based in Atlanta _United States of America_. This agreement
defines the terms of commercial cooperation under which ENFOR LLC and
its affiliates or partners will represent the Issuer in the United
States of America and offer the Company's products and technologies,
including advanced inspection drones and NeuronLink systems, to public
and private sector entities. The signed agreement opens up sales
opportunities for the Company in the US and global markets, leveraging
ENFOR LLC's potential, including the possibility of developing
cooperation in the defense market. The Issuer's Management Board has
decided to publish this information due to the fact that the commercial
cooperation undertaken in accordance with the concluded agreement may
have a significant impact on the future property, financial and economic
situation of the Issuer, as well as on the valuation of the Company's
financial instruments listed in the alternative trading system on the
NewConnect market.
