The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _the "Issuer", the "Company"_, with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 6/2026 of 18 February 2026 concerning the establishment of a commercial partnership and ESPI Current Report No. 22/ 2026 dated 14 April 2026 concerning the conclusion of a strategic agreement and preliminary investment arrangements, hereby announces the commencement of the operational phase of the IRYDA+ project, in particular the IRYDA+ X1 system, comprising the development, testing and preparation for public demonstration of the unmanned system, carried out in cooperation with the technology partner - Shark Aviation Dansmanlk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti., with its registered office in Seluklu _Konya_, Republic of Turkey. The IRYDA+ project, in particular the IRYDA+ X1 system, in its current form represents the development of a new technological direction for the Issuer, based on solutions developed by technological partners with whom the Company has concluded relevant agreements. The system comprises, in particular, control software, system architecture and an integrated operating environment enabling the management of unmanned systems, including in multi-platform configurations. The implementation of the project constitutes a continuation of strategic agreements, which also cover the potential involvement of the relevant technology partner in the development and financing of the project. The IRYDA+ X1 system developed as part of the project features a fixed-wing airframe configuration, characteristic of advanced UAV operational systems, and offers multi-task operational capabilities, including operation in manual, assisted and autonomous modes. The solution enables the execution of missions both in a single-unit configuration and in a swarm architecture _so-called swarm capability_, utilising advanced control and guidance mechanisms and a real-time operating system. The Company's Management Board has at its disposal materials documenting the system's operation, including in particular video footage, technical and test documentation, and elements of the operational environment, confirming the system's ability to operate under demonstration conditions and its advanced stage of development. The Issuer hereby informs that the current stage of the system's readiness is as follows: a_ Flight tests have been conducted in both single and swarm configurations; b_ Control systems and mode switching have been tested; c_ The effectiveness of targeting in both operational modes has been demonstrated, and the effectiveness of guidance and mission execution systems in accordance with operational assumptions has been confirmed; d_ The system currently operates within a range of 20-30 km, with successful target destruction. The commencement of the project's operational phase marks the transition from the conceptual stage to the implementation stage, encompassing in particular demonstration and testing activities, as well as preparation for the system's further development. The Issuer notes that the project has the potential for further scaling, both in terms of operational applications and commercialisation opportunities in international markets. The Issuer notes that, as part of further activities, advanced discussions are underway to refine the project implementation model, including the definition of specific milestones and the terms of cooperation with the technology partner. The Issuer's Management Board has deemed the above information to be confidential due to its potential impact on the Issuer's financial and economic situation and development prospects, and consequently on the price of its financial instruments.
