Implementation of the agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM LLC - updated information regarding cooperation with the Issuer. The Management Board of Corey Europe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"], with reference to ESPI current report No. 6/2024 dated December 6, 2024, entitled "Agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM LLC. Sale of the first industrial energy storage systems" - and ESPI current report No. 7/2024 dated December 10, 2024, entitled "Implementation of the Agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM LLC regarding industrial energy storage systems" - hereby announces that the turnover of EUR 2 million by the end of 2025 agreed in the agreement was not achieved due to the suspension of INTER-NORM LLC's activities in connection with the Issuer's disclosure of information on the entry of a Chinese partner. INTER-NORM LLC indicated that it still intends to become the exclusive distributor of the Issuer's products and services in Ukraine, but without a minimum turnover requirement due to the highly uncertain market situation. At the same time, two agreements were signed in April 2026 through INTER-NORM LLC with Ukrainian entities, as well as a new agreement with INTER-NORM LLC itself. In connection with the signed Agreements, the Issuer has already sold two Industrial Energy Storage systems with an output power of 125 kW and a capacity of 261 kWh for USD 40,000 each _total transaction value: USD 80,000_. The parties agreed that the order will be fulfilled upon the payment of a 30% advance payment by the ordering companies . As of the date of this report's publication, advance payments had been made for two contracts totaling $23,975 _ including transfer fees shared between the shipper and the recipient _ . As agreed, the remaining balance will be paid two weeks before the systems are delivered to the European port. The estimated timeframe for order completion is three months. The Issuer explains that the systems it offers, instead of standard grid-connected inverters, are equipped with a hybrid inverter that also has an automatic grid disconnection function and built-in PV integration. The DC _battery_ side will be supplied under the ENIMSO _ Environmental IMPact SOlutions _. The Issuer's Management Board provides this information due to the fact that the conclusion of the above-mentioned agreements may have an impact on the Issuer's financial results, which meets the requirements of Article 17 section 1 of MAR.
