The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _the "Issuer," the "Company"_, announces that, according to information provided by the Issuer's technology partner Shark Aviation, based in the Republic of Turkey an agreement was concluded during the SAHA EXPO 2026 trade fair held in Istanbul regarding the development of munitions solutions for the IRYDA+ X1 platform and the further development of products based on AI-supported loitering swarm architecture. According to information provided to the Issuer, advanced solutions developed within this architecture are set to begin testing in Turkey and Poland in the near future. SAHA EXPO is currently one of the largest and most important events in the aerospace, UAV, and defense sectors in Europe and the Eurasian region. This year's edition brings together over 1,700 exhibitors and entities from more than 120 countries, focusing on technologies related to autonomy, swarm systems, AI, aviation, and dual-use and defense-tech solutions. According to information provided to the Issuer, the fair also features solutions developed by HAGAT Advanced Warhead Solutionsan entity specializing in solutions related to warhead architecture and effector systems for modern UAV platforms and loitering munition systems. The Issuer notes that HAGAT operates in the international defense-tech community and showcases its solutions at industry events related to modern weapon systems and unmanned platforms. At the same time, the Issuer emphasizes that as of the date of publication of this report, it is not a party to a direct agreement with the aforementioned entity. The Issuer does not rule out that selected elements of the demonstration architecture under development, including configurations related to the integration of demonstration payloads, may be presented as early as during the planned demonstration phase of the IRYDA+ X1 project in the Republic of Turkey, carried out in accordance with the previously communicated operational schedule assuming that the demonstration will take place by the end of June 2026. According to information provided to the Issuer, the use of the first demonstration products developed as part of the aforementioned architecture is being considered during the system's presentation in Poland. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish this information due to the potential significance of the ongoing activities for the further development of the IRYDA+ X1 project, the expansion of its operational architecture, and the building of the Issuer's technological capabilities in the area of UAV systems and autonomous solutions.
