Implementation of the agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM
LLC - update regarding cooperation with the Issuer.
The Management Board of Corey Europe S.A. with its registered office in
Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"], in
reference to ESPI Current Report No. 5/2026 dated May 5, 2026, entitled
"Implementation of the agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM
LLC - update of information regarding cooperation with the Issuer" and
the information contained therein about the signing, through INTER-NORM
LLC, of two agreements with Ukrainian entities and a new agreement
with INTER-NORM LLC itself, as well as the related sales transactions of
two industrial energy storage systems _Industrial Energy Storage_ and
the receipt of advance payments from the buyers. The Company announces
the sale of a third industrial energy storage system under the
previously signed agreement, which was announced in the aforementioned
report, and the receipt of an advance payment of USD 12,000 from the
contractor on May 14, 2026.
The Issuer's Management Board is providing this information due to the
fact that the conclusion of the aforementioned agreements may impact the
Issuer's financial results, which meets the requirements of Article 17,
Section 1 of the MAR.
