The Management Board of Farmy Fotowoltaiki Polska S.A., with its
registered office in Katowice [hereinafter: the "Company", the
"Issuer"], hereby informs that on May 18, 2026, it became aware of the
finalization of a loan agreement [hereinafter: the "Agreement"] dated
April 27, 2026, concluded between a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e.,
Miejsce Piastowe Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice
[hereinafter: the "Subsidiary"], and Erste Leasing S.A., with its
registered office in Poznań [hereinafter: the "Lender"].
Under the terms of the concluded Agreement, the Lender granted the
Subsidiary a loan in the amount of PLN 4,211,559.98, earmarked for the
financing of two photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of 2
MW, along with the accompanying infrastructure, located in Miejsce
Piastowe.
The loan repayment deadline has been set for March 25, 2036. The
remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from
standard market practices applied to agreements of this type.
Furthermore, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that on May 18,
2026, funds from the first tranche in the amount of PLN 3,352,000.00
were credited to the Subsidiary's bank account.
The conclusion of the Agreement constitutes a material event from the
perspective of the implementation of the Company's growth strategy and
has an impact on its current and future financial position.
