The Management Board of B-Act S.A., with its registered office in
Bydgoszcz _the "Issuer"_, announces that on 18 May 2026 it entered into
a subcontract with SKABUD INFRASTRUKTURA sp. z o.o., with its registered
office in Warsaw, at ul. Jana Kazimierza 64a/408, 01-248 Warsaw.
The subject of this agreement is all works, supplies and services
necessary for the proper and comprehensive execution of earthworks and
pipe drainage on the project entitled: "Design and construction of the
S12 Lublin - Dorohusk expressway on the Piaski - Dorohusk section
_excluding the construction of the Chełm bypass_, section no. 3:
structure WD-15 _including the structure_ - 'Chełm Zachód' junction
_excluding the junction_.
The subject matter of the contract will be carried out between June 2026
and June 2027.
The maximum gross remuneration payable to the Issuer under the contract
is PLN 2,435,045.98.
The Issuer's Management Board has deemed the above contract to be
material due to its value and the fact that it may have a significant
impact on the Issuer's future financial and asset position.
