The Management Board of Farma Fotowoltaiki Polska S.A., with its
registered office in Katowice [the "Company", the "Issuer"_, with
reference to current report ESPI No. 22/2025 dated June 10, 2025, hereby
reports that on May 19, 2026, it became aware of the early total
repayment of a loan in the amount of PLN 3,352,000.00. The loan
agreement had been concluded by the Issuer's subsidiary, i.e., Miejsce
Piastowe Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice _the
"Subsidiary"_, with a legal entity - a financial institution, for the
construction of two photovoltaic farms in the locality of Miejsce
Piastowe with a total capacity of 2 MW.
Furthermore, the Issuer's Management Board informs that the
aforementioned transaction triggers the second tranche of the loan in
the amount of PLN 859,559.98, which the Company reported in current
report ESPI No. 2/2026 dated May 18, 2026.
The early repayment of the loan constitutes a material event from the
perspective of implementing the Company's development strategy and has
an impact on its current and future financial position, while
simultaneously unlocking the financial institution's capacity to finance
subsequent photovoltaic projects of the Issuer.
